Online appointment process was easy. Getting email confirmation was helpful. Check-in process was speedy. Staff very proffessional, courteous and smiles were a plus. Attending staff, assistant and nurse practitioner demonstrated a real heart of caring by being very attentive, listening, asking questions, and providing feedback in a positive way.

From the first time I talked to Kelly, trying to get seen, she made me feel welcome. I felt like, it's ok... we'll take care of you. Couldn't get seen. She called, kept me updated, said call this time and that. The owner Sam will see you. He's out til the 23rd but, we got you, you are not alone. I saw him today. Wow! Amazing individual. Caring, kind, asking the hard questions,... I am so thankful.
