Comfy, clean, and great staff. Small but the only thing I was left wanting would be some type of USB charger in the room. In their defence I should have brought the wall charger from home. Staff was very friendly. Not just in the it's their job way of friendly. Like genuinely good and friendly people. Food at the Star was tasty and a good price. Morning coffee was hot and ready. Room was just what we needed after a long day on the Harley, comfortable and clean. Very happy with our stay. Would/ will stay again.

Very Good Parking in the evening was challenging, but still found a spot. Beautiful views, super close to hot springs, restaurant/bar on site. They allow dogs. 24 hour front desk.
Met all my expectations, reasonably priced. Would gladly stay again. I have no complaints. None at all. Just filing space to satisfy booking.com's character requirement, once more. Since "short, sweet and accurate" isn't good enough and I must attempt (and fail) to channel my inner Steinbeck. Staff was great. Room was clean, comfortable and reasonably priced. Would gladly stay again, when in Ridgway. I seem to be required to add more characters for some idiotic reason due to Booking.com
I would stay here again, but not very many places to go eat. The smoothie place was suppose to be opened early, but it wasn't! We left at 8:30 and was told it would be opened at 7am. When we got there around 5pm our room wasn't ready, but they gave us a drink and food voucher while we waited. I apprecitated them doing this, but when you are paying for a night it should be ready when we were told. The room was nice and clean and I appreciated that and staff was friendly too.
Awesome If you plan to hike in Ouray and Telluride, Ridgway is the place to stay. Right between both and near trailheads, gravel and mountain biking, and swimming. This place was perfect and the staff was very friendly!
Great stay just north of Ouray! They use colored fabric box spring covers on the beds. I dropped something between the headboard and the mattress and found an accumulation of hair, fuzz, dust and "other" things on the box spring cover. Overall the rooms were beautiful and clean, but this may be an area they need to concentrate on...maybe pull the mattress and vacuum or replace the cover once a week.
