Great value and a breakfast I would be happy to pay for. Only two things that really stood out, all the rooms are non smoking but for some reason when we first checked into our room we got a noticeable odor of smoke coming from our room. It lingered around the first day but seemed to dissipate and was hardly noticeable during our second day. The other was the hot tub seemed a little bit dirty. Exceptional It was not very modern but we knew that when booked. We liked the nearness of all the places we wanted to visit, Telluride, Montrose, Ouray
