I was very happy with my heating/cooling check up. I called and spoke with a real person who scheduled my appointment right away. That's rare anymore. My 22 year old ac unit died Wednesday. Right Now Heating and Cooling installed a new one on Friday. Financing was easy. Technicians were polite and knowledgeable. They are my go to when I have HVAC problems.

Within 24 hours of our first call Right Now came to our home, inspected our old and tired HVAC system, and recommended an Amana replacement system. Within one week the old system was torn out and the new system arrived. Everyone was really nice and professional. In this crazy time, they were very efficient and did everything in a timely manner.
During a record hot period our heat pump failed. My wife is confined to the home with a medical condition and is very uncomfortable with the heat. We had hired Right Now for our furnace problems and been extremely satisfied with their work so we called them again. They declared the situation an emergency and within two days we had a new heat pump. The two crews that arrived to do the install had worked all day in the heat and looked exhausted.
