They were very Professional and Courteous. Answered all my questions as to what they were doing and why it helped the system they were installing. They showed me the difference between the old and new system. I had them install a new furnace, central air and a fifty gallon water heater. I have been completely satisfied with all systems.

We had Right Now Heating and Air Conditioning in Blackfoot, ID install a new furnace, A/C and Hot Water Heater in the house we purchased beginning of this year. The technicians arrived early in the morning and worked constantly until early evening installing all the items. They were very polite and worked consistently all day to get the work done. I have used this company for nearly 10 years for regular maintenance and repairs of our HVAC. techs have always been professional and courteous. On occasions when the situation was sort of an emergency (water heater leaking and not working, furnace fire, gas fireplace not functioning) they have gone the extra mile to get it fixed quickly and efficiently.

Right Now installed a furnace and air conditioner for us this winter. Our system was almost 17 years old and had been failing for years. Our furnace finally quit in January. We called a company out to repair it if possible. The technician was able to get it working but it took four days. My husband and I decided it was time to educate ourselves about buying a new furnace and air conditioner and ended up interviewing three companies. Right now heating and air came and replaced our furnace which was forty five years old. It was in our basement and not easy to get to. It was this winter and cold the job took longer than expected but they stayed until it was done. They finally left at twenty minutes till eight in the evening. They stuck to their bid and had no hidden costs. The install team was polite, courteous, and professional, and never complained. We would highly recommend this company. Joe and Karla U.

My ten year old 65 gallon water heater tank was leaking so I called Right now immediately as I am on their Family Plan. They sent out Senior technician Justin Partlow within two hours and he diagnosed the problem and showed me where the interior of the tank was disintegrating from the burner. We needed a new tank. Justin fixed the problem to the point that we could have hot water on call bypassing the circulating pump that had a pin hole leak in one of the pipes.
