Our furnace stopped working on a Thursday. We had a person there on Thursday night, Friday night and the new furnace was installed on Saturday. All of the employees I interacted with at Right Now were wonderful. I'd recommend them to anyone.
The technician was very prompt and polite. He explained everything he was doing and checked with me before adding new equipment. I would recommend him to anyone.

I scheduled the $49 special that included a furnace tune-up and safety check, a water heater drain, and a $10 a Applebee's certificate. Andrew R called to let me know he'd be about 15 minutes late. He then arrived as he said, was personable, professional, knowledgeable, and patient as I had a lot of questions!
