I researched several local business to fix or replace my old furnace. I found Right Now Heating and Air very professional both in their salesman Gary and my tech, Mike who rerouted things making it easier for me change my filter (which had been quite difficult before). We got both an air & furnace from Right Now. Everyone has been very professional & friendly. No high pressure, just information. We had issues getting thermostat set up (router issues not thermostat) but they have followed up & followed through. Price was the best of 3 quotes we received

We called them to come and give us a bid to look at our warehouse heater. Hey were here when they said and I received a call when they were just a few minutes out. They check out the heater unit and gave us a bid to repair. They said that they could give a bid to replace since the heater was old and we seem to have to repair every year. We had a bid for both repair and replace by the next morning. We call them and said we wanted to replace and the job was completed the next day. Ali provided us exceptional service! While there were some issues with the installation team from Right Now Heating and Air, the follow up service from Ali to ensure things worked correctly late on a Friday night was professional and knowledgeable.

Konner was awesome..answered all our questions and advised us how to save money with a heat pump for our electric furnace and was very knowledgable about his trade.I would highly recommend him again.
