Not sure what the previous reviews are for, but I haven't had a problem with break-ins for thefts. I also don't keep anything of value there anyhow.. mostly leftover junk that I don't want in my own home, lol. Gate hours are 7am-7pm, Mon-Sat.

If I could rate this place with a negative 5, I would! Please don't not put your belongings here. They advertise that it is safe and monitored 24/7 with camera's, not true. When my unit was broken into, I didn't even get a phone call from the manager, he told a employee that had no answers for me and had no authority to make any decisions regarding police reporting and reviewing the tapes. I have been broken into TWICE in less than one year. Will have to move. Do not rent here unless you want to constantly get calls your unit has been burglarized.

Terrible customer service and you will get your belongings stolen!! I pay $225 for a storage unit here and it's the second time it's been broken into the first time I didn't get anything resolved the insurance wants proof of receipts of all the things that were stolen and pictures from online to reference the items, this second time they broke in they at least waived the $200 but still expect me to pay the $25 to the insurance which didn't help me the first time so I definitely won't be paying that! on top of that I reached ... read more

Place is not bad in terms of pricing but would love more consistency and communication on the front desk. 3/4 of my visits, nobody is to be found. I understand if they are out in the area helping someone or checking on something but at least communicate it out

Wrongfully inputted my U-Haul return so I got charged $40 day late return, had to call U-Haul to fix the issue where they immediately saw it was inputted incorrectly.

OMG I have had this unit for 7 yrs and the price has gone from $35 to $100. But now they want proof of insurance even tho I have had my unit broken into and they know I have insurance. The email said "I just told you that if you have that insurance send it to me, if not you will be enrolled, I don't have to show you proof of anything per se. but I have scanned this in for your viewing. I had this storage for over 3 years and made partial payments regularly. Went to pay half of what I owed and was told they don't take partial payments. Called to pay it off 3 weeks later and was told my belongings were sold. All of my photo albums, year books and even my memories from my son that died. They didn't send me a letter or call me. My heart is broken.

No ventilation except for a few old fans that just blow the dust around. Impossible to breathe in their on hot days. Likewise, freezing cold with the weather. The exit gate has been open multiple and more multiple times overnight. Plus the electronic stand where you imput your unit and password looks like someone very recently hit it because it sways back and forth when you touch it.
