The place does not pro-rate your rent. They consistently raise rent every year. They don't want you to use your own locks and they sell you locks which are exactly like your own. They don't have trash bins for customer use. You get fined for trying to use a trash bin. You would think they would pass the savings onto customers, but they don't . It's hard to believe that there are places that suck more, but they do. The only guarantee is that they will raise rent.

Raised the rates quite a bit when they acquired this unit. The dumpster is locked and sign says video cameras are there to make sure you leave no trash, so you have no place to dump any trash. Keyboard at entry is not well placed, and is hard to read - and many times you have to get out of your car to enter entry codes unless you are just inches from the curb. Not recommended. Never again.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. DO NOT STORE ANYTHING AT THIS PLACE!!! I too went to my unit and found almost everything gone. No signs of break-in???? What does that tell you?. They have the nerve to charge people for UNSECURED storage. No surveillance or security. One of the worst decisions I ever made. STAY AWAY!!!

I wish I could rate -5 stars, just to let the people know how insecure is that place. Better give your stuff to somebody that appreciates. If you want to pay for your stuff to get stolen, store it there. It's the perfect little place where your stuff could be sorted out at night "what can stay and what can go". It seems like somebody is watching. If you put something with value in there, it takes few days and it's gone. Our stuff got stolen twice. Don't store stuff there....Stay away.....

I have a similar story to what the last review says. Except my unit was broken into twice. The first time was in 2012 and the robbers were caught, and the policed offered a walk through of all the things they found which were believed to be confiscated. Of course non of my belongings were there. It was shocking to see how many people were there looking through the stuff. I wasn't the only one. *sigh* I am yet another reviewer telling you about, yep that's right, a break in. We were only there for a couple months before it happened. Anything that had value was stolen out of our locked uint. Apparently the thieves wedge the latch until the door opens, lock still on and locked, take their time and go through all your possessions, then close the door and wedge the lock shut again. My husband and I moved our stuff here two months ago and today find out that we have been robbed...everything of value has been taken. If you want to hold on to your belongings then don't use this place!

Please don't use this storage area... We've used it and almost all of our things got stolen. They've apparently had multiple break-ins last year and they haven't done anything to prevent it. No CCTVs and it's been a while...

Prices are competitive and access is fine. But apparently they've had problems with theft of items from the units and there are no security cameras. (We had several items stolen from a locked unit). If you're thinking about renting a unit there, make sure you ask what they've done to prevent future thefts.
