BEWARE-DO NOT USE RENT AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION This is an UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE, MISMANAGED organization. I have been using this group for my storage needs for going on 20 years. The number of bookkeeping errors, fraudulent charges, and other scams to over charge me are out of control. I am again fighting a depute over payments to cover my monthly rental fee. Three strikes you're out I'm moving my storage unit today. The management is ridiculous rude and gives you riddles for answers. First time I had my place broken into second time they rented a space to a homeless person who was sleeping and smoking in there third time they weren't at their office during office hours, and tried to tell me an employee might be taking their lunch from 3 to 4 in the afternoon while I waited Which is also ridiculous and then when I asked about ordering news print paper, they said well maybe they ... read more

Do Not go here if you want a horrible experience. They are rude and unprofessional, to say the least! After renting here for 10+ years, im leaving without looking back. My unit cost 35.00 and they were charging me 100. They dont return calls and hang up on u if they dont like what your saying. NOT WORTH IT!!!

Continually raising there pricing. It's ridiculous. Oh yeah, they sent notices out all right, but you receive them after the increase is in effect, if at all. I have had it. I will be out of there soon enough, so they can screw another elderly person. There are no discounts here! For anyone.

I am currently in the process of filing a claim, also you expressed that pest control service is offered. The fact is it was never offered to me even after I brought it to the manager attention about the rat droppings. I just want to clarify it wasn't about not having access to the unit because it was never mentioned. And just an FYI you also mentioned if I want to schedule pest control schedule an appointment.. it's obvious you didn't read me review in detail otherwise you would know I already moved out!

Dear Edward, Our pest control vendor comes to our facility once a month to set/clear traps and to inspect common areas. Since the vendor is on site for routine service on a certain day, any special requests would need to solicited by the tenant as the tenant would need to grant access. Storage facility often raises unit price.Our cost was raised at the beginning of the year and I just received another notice in the mail that it will be raised again.

My wife and I have been renting at this place for years now and this is the worst past year since the new owners took over, they have raised our rent three times, twice with no notice at all. I have written bad reviews more than once and not even any explanations as to why the increases. My stuff in my unit is covered in a fine dust, they shut off all the power outlets so I can't use my blower to blow it out. Trash always blowing around and office is often close during business hours. They just want more money every few mont... read more

My husband and I have been with this company for over 13 years. Last year new owners took over and they wanted to increase our rates by 20%. 20%! Customer service has been extremely poor and mice got into our possessions. I do not recommend the storage facility anymore. Sadly, I have been very happy with them previously. This company seems to only be concerned about making money, not customer service. We have since moved to another storage facility in her much happier there.

I have been with this company for over a year. When they made the switch to new management it was horrible. My rate more then doubled, I was treated poorly, and they can't get their billing straight. I had auto withdrawal put and for some reason they couldn't figure that out. Even though I had numerous conversations with them about it. I decided to move out and go elsewhere.
