I have been with this company for over a year. When they made the switch to new management it was horrible. My rate more then doubled, I was treated poorly, and they can't get their billing straight. I had auto withdrawal put and for some reason they couldn't figure that out. Even though I had numerous conversations with them about it. I decided to move out and go elsewhere. I am a long time patron of this facility. More . than 8 years off and on. It was great when it was Universal Storage, not so great now. New management is not really together and on the same page where protocols are concerned. I have been told one thing over the phone, then another by someone else. My family had 3 storage units there. We went to close one out and the lady wouldn't even go look at it. We got assurances that it was no problem. Then a week later someone calls to tell us we have to come in to close it out!
