Getting a unit was very easy. Only issue that I had was that I was told by the employee that I would be contacted with all the move in information. This did not happen, instead I was sent an email. This caused undo stress as I kept looking for a call not an email. I am fine with the email I just would have better communication so I would have been looking for it instead of a call.
The folks in the office had me in & out quickly. They were super friendly and pleasant to speak with. Great customer service!
