The couple that run this facility are by far the sweetest and most professional people I have ever met. I have dealt with other storage facilities before and this is the best place to ever do business with. They made the whole experience so nice. This review is for Joseph who is an exemplary example of professionalism and heart. Engaging and courteous on the phone, you can hear the smile in his voice. In person, he goes beyond measure to see that your needs are met, and when I left, I left feeling more secure and lifted up. As I saw him working with other tenants, his demeanor remained the same. The staff is both friendly and very helpful. The prices are reasonable, the facility is very secure and it has to be the cleanest self storage facility west of the Mississippi. This self storage is the best. 10/10

I had been calling Aware Self Storage all week, asking what size units they had available and prices. I even went in a couple of times to find door locked with no one there to help. I went in again today ready to rent a unit. Door was again locked, then a man inside unlocked door and let me in, he asked me what I needed help with. He was very rude. We been renting from them for 3 years. Our storage had rats spiders and it was dirty. Not only that we got locked in had to stay the night in this place. Will never use them again. They never called to check if we are ok. They didn't answer the emergency number either.

Golf bag, tvs, and couch mysteriously splattered with mud and water, I tell the people that work there and they say nothing they can do about it. If that's the case I would just store my stuff outside. I was recommended this place by various people, in my storage experience it's the worst place I've used. Stay away!

Do be aware of these people! The service is horrible! I just mentioned to the lady at the desk I drove a 100 miles to find the gate was closed at 5pm and usually open until 7:45. She didn't even (apologize) and said I quote "were not sending 1000 text out"! She also said no one else complained. I never seen such unprofessionalism that I'm paying for. How much would it cost to bother to inform your customers of such a inconvenience. Good luck!
