Golf bag, tvs, and couch mysteriously splattered with mud and water, I tell the people that work there and they say nothing they can do about it. If that's the case I would just store my stuff outside. I was recommended this place by various people, in my storage experience it's the worst place I've used. Stay away!
Do be aware of these people! The service is horrible! I just mentioned to the lady at the desk I drove a 100 miles to find the gate was closed at 5pm and usually open until 7:45. She didn't even (apologize) and said I quote "were not sending 1000 text out"! She also said no one else complained. I never seen such unprofessionalism that I'm paying for. How much would it cost to bother to inform your customers of such a inconvenience. Good luck!
