Great VoIP phone service with lots of good extras like online meeting platform and easy to use faxing! The admin portal is too confusing and ambiguous. I rate the service 5 stars and the portal 2 stars.
The representative I spoke with was very professional and assisted us with our challenges in changing the voice mail on our system.
Roscoe was able to professionally handle my request quickly and correctly on my first call-in to support.
