Jerry, I researched your account. I can see why you are under the impression the cost is higher than quoted. That is becuase this is your first bill and as a result it is pro-rated and billed one month in advance. For instance, the internet service is pro-rated from 1/30 - 3/14; and billed one month in advance from 3/15 - 4/14. Similarly, the phone service is also pro-rated from 2/13 - 3/14; and billed in advance from 3/15 - 4/14/25.
