I came in for a Brazilian wax for the first time and my experience wasn’t so pleasant. My wax specialist Jo was on the phone the entire time which means she did not give quality service. The location is camp creek and I would most likely not return
Cascade location gave me a bad break out after trying the cocoa wax or whatever it’s called the worst thing I’ve ever experienced
The sanitation is very questionable. The wax roller tops are never replaced. They should be switched out after each customer.

I'm so disappointed with my eyebrows and I'm been coming there for long time but never had this technician. If I didn't bump up I would think she took nothing off. She didn't even pull out tweezer. I think she said done and just left me in the room. I no longer work in area so I travel a distance to come but I believe this is my last time. I should have said something before I left yesterday but I was so upset no one will touch them until at least a week cause I’m bumped up real bad.
