I love this place and Jackie is the best ! However the receptionist there basically gave away my brand new AirPods that were left there. I left them there and had been calling since I left which they stated it was a busy day that’s why they couldn’t answer all day. Once I spoke with the receptionist she stated she ask the young lady waiting if she was looking for some AirPods with a blue case and the lady stated NO. The pain was the worst no baby oil just baby powder which made it even more painful dry . Instead of doing sections she did long strips which made it so painful.
I visited the Carmia location a week ago while visiting Atlanta. I did a walk in for an underarm wax. I only waited for about 5 minutes (not bad). Everyone was friendly and professional. The lady who waxed me (don't remember her name) walked me back, got me set up and began. She applied the wax in one large application. When she went to pull the wax, she had no technique whatsoever!!! The wax kept breaking as she pulled. So that one glob of wax turned into about 4 different pulls on each underarm! Spartanburg, SC location was fair for the price but I've had way better experience at Brazilian wax by Andrea in Atlanta. One issue I had at this facility was the fact that they didn't do your whole butt. Secondly you pull the hair towards it not with it. I would rather spend a little extra driving 2hrs and get quality service that save money and have it done the wrong way.
I went to the Athens location today. I got the full body and this is not my first time. I had made my appointment with Monica. When I got there I was told Monica was not available until 12:45... 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment. Then the lady they put me with didn't speak much English at all. I told her I wanted the same design that was visible (strip) and she was everything off... Then she waxed multiple spots 3-4 times... needless to say an hour and a half later I am already breaking out
I have sent this same email to the info@riobodywax email address twice since Thursday June 12th with no response yet.I went today to the Douglasville location to have a full leg wax. i have been to the location before to have a brazillian done and I was very happy with the results.
