I called last minute on a Tuesday morning with loose crowns. They got me in that morning and although it was obviously a busy day for the office, I was treated as though they had all of the time in the world for me! I've been seeing Dr. Rippe for about twenty years now and highly recommend him for both his expertise and for how much he cares about his patients!
Dr. Rippe and assistant Miranda recently did almost 3 hrs of work on me. What amounted to a restoration of my smile. Years of neglect following less than ideal fillings in my front teeth led to a situation where I was embarrassed for people to see my teeth. Now remarkably, my teeth look as they did when I was a young man. My smile is ready and willing. Thanks, Chris and Amanda. You've made a bigger difference than you can know. Pain free by the way.
My entire new-patient experience can be summed up in one word - welcoming. It is a rare pleasure not to feel "processed." From the professional but friendly disposition of 100% of the office and medical team, to the relaxed introductory interview...by the time I got to the dentist chair, my blood pressure reading was the lowest in years taken in a medical office.
