I have a great fear of dentists but Dr. Rippe and his friendly staff are the best! Everything is thoroughly explained to you, they take their time, make sure you are comfortable with and understand the treatment they are ready to provide, and just overall friendly, nice staff.I no longer get myself worked up into a panic the day before a dental appointment. Not only was Dr. Rippe wonderful but his office staff and assistants were welcoming, helpful, friendly and professional. This is the best experience one can imagine at any medical office.
I had to have unexpected oral surgery, and Dr. Rippe and staff were absolutely wonderful. For someone who has anxiety about going to the Dentist, they have made my experiences better than I could have hoped for.
All of the staff are so pleasant and work hard to make the visit a great experience.
Dr. Rippe and his staff do a wonderful job in keeping me from feeling a lot of pain, swelling or discomfort during my exams and extractions. I really appreciate the fact that Dr. Rippe also takes time to personally follow up with you after your appointment. Kudo's to Dr. Rippe and his fantastic support staff.
WOW...I made it thru my first filling without sedation. It was amazing, as the first time I stepped into Dr.Rippe's office I couldn't even go into the lobby without being scared and crying. Today because of Dr. Rippe and his staff I am really ok..better than ok! Thanks so much.
