Devin (Tech 5207) went above and beyond! He was outstanding after 2 other technicians had been to our home and said we couldn't get to the tower. He had us up and running within 30-45 minutes. He was wonderful, and we highly recommend him.

Tech was right in the time frame Hook up took about an hour. Very pleased with service. My suggestion would be through this coronavirus pandemic is that we should be able to get unlimited internet since we can't get much info. anywhere else than that.. Please consider that request. Thank you.
