Overall had a good experience and things were smooth. We were able to get the loan and we received the help we needed. Some slight stress/complexity when figuring out what was needed for the flood insurance requirements with some last minute back and forth. However it was overall a good experience.

Everything was very smooth. The only thing I think we could improve on is making sure apartment rent history is acquired early enough so that we don't feel rushed. We were rushed on that last minute. I believe we could've vetted that part sooner and gotten the information we needed for that earlier.
