New and Updated: Hire her immediately! This is the second time (Refi and HELOC) we worked with Risha and she will be the 1st person my family goes to for mortgage related services. EXCELLENT! Risha got me a home loan at 2.5% two years ago and home equity loan again this year. Quick, lowest, straightforward.... what else do you need? Go to her if you need some fund.
