We went to Ristorante Bartolotta for our anniversary last night. Have been there before. Table for two. Very nice atmosphere in spite of all the Covid precautions/safety measures. The first two courses of the Umbrian tasting menu dinner were too salty. The Scafata "Ricchi e Poveri and the Tagaliatelle ai Funghi Porcini had way too much salt in them. This was the fourth or fifth regional menu we've enjoyed since the reopening and appreciated the opportunity to explore so many difference dishes. Even so, we long for the return of the traditional menu and more vibrant atmosphere. I always had the chefs three course menu, so will still have the benefit of variety. My wife is less adventurous, usually opting for the famous duck ragu, Caesar salad, and calamari shared with me. Great menu and atmosphere.
Ristorante Bartolotta is one of our favorite restaurants. Wonderfully prepared food, served by a knowlegable and attentive staff. Tonight we celebrated our 40th anniversary there and had a truly memorable dining experience. They pulled out all the stops with truffles, a great wine selection followed by a Happy Anniversary plate of chocolates and expresso on the house!
A wonderful and special Valentine's meal! The chef's food choices were extremely creative. (Blueberries and risotto? It worked!) My wife and I will definitely be back.

Top of their game! Been a fan for years & can honestly this was the best meal I have ever had with them. John, Patrick & Meghan were warm, professional & attentive, and Chef is running a top notch kitchen! Highly recommend
