Appreciate you insisting to test patrons and to have masks worn by staff and patrons upon entering. Having to replace the masks every time the staff approaches the table (menu, water, drink order, drink delivery, bread delivery, dinner order, dinner delivery, plate removal, dessert delivery, bill payment) was a bit too much. Perhaps you can combine some of those deliveries!
We had our anniversary dinner at Ristorante at 5:00pm of a beautiful Wednesday. We were required to wear masks to enter the outdoor dining area, and had our temperatures scanned. We were also required to put our masks on for staff to approach and serve us. All was handled so well. The food was stupendous. We were told at the start that there was a 90 minute seating window. My wife felt a bit rushed, but was perfectly happy under the circumstances. We felt safe and well attended to the whole evening. Thanks, Bartolotta's!

My husband and I were celebrating over 50 years of marriage and had a wonderful experience at the restaurant. We were concerned about eating inside but felt totally safe. The food and service was excellent. It was our first time at.this restaurant and we will be back.
Excellent dining experience. Staff was Covid safe and the seating was appropriate for the times. Great dinner in a pleasant environment.

The food was delicious! The seafood was so fresh! We originally booked patio dining but due to the weather we ended up inside. Tables were spaced apart and partitioned. Everyone wore masks. It was a wonderful experience!
