Friendly staff; consistently excellent food; everyone on staff from hostess to wait staff and others make extra efforts to make the dining experience enjoyable and memorable.
We always celebrate our anniversary here. The food is out of this world and the service is fantastic! I cannot recommend Bartolotta's enough (actually any of their restaurants). The new renovation at the Tosa location, is a wonderful 'freshen up' but not over the top. Highly recommend this restaurant!!
We had a great celebration for our 33th anniversary, food was outstanding with special mention for the carpaccio and the spaghetti laragosta. Wines were superb. It was couple of days after the reopening so the restaurant looked neat, one area for improvement though is the a/a as it was not working well.
Fantastic food and service.
This is one of my favorite spots, always great food and drinks. The staff is wonderful and make you feel like family. It was reopening after renovations, the owner, Joe was there. I have met him on several occasions, I know he can turn on the charm but has always been dismissive of me and my friends, I guess we aren’t important enough for him to talk to. Still a wonderful place, I’ll go back.
The food and service was excellent but we were seated next to the restrooms which wasn’t a particularly good table. The martinis we ordered were good but they were so small that they were gone in a few sips.
Excellent attention given to needs of customers. When dining there on Mother's Day, I was going to fold my coat and use it to cushion my lower back(due to back problems). The manager immediately gave me a rectangular pillow that was perfect for the lumber area when I leaned back on the chair.
We had a lovely Mother’s Day Brunch.
When it comes to fine dining, Bartollota's never disappoints. The carpaccio melted in your mouth. The wine paired perfectly. It's not necessarily a steak place, but my filet was the best I have had in years - done perfectly, delicious, just the right size.
