Never had a bad meal. Love sampling the different regions of Italy. Wait staff very knowledgeable.

My only real issue was the amount of time it took to get served bread and have orders taken. Otherwise dishes came out at appropriate times. I would have liked our tables to be spaced out more. I do want to suggest looking into non alcoholic wines to include in your menu. I've been noticing a lot more variety then ever before. Thank you for a lovely evening.

Excellent dinner!! Each course of the meal was outstanding. Delicious flavors, presentation was very appealing, and service was attentive without being too intrusive. Overall, another wonderful experience.

Overall, it was a fine experience. We went for Valentine's Day and knew it would be busy. However, it felt like other tables were getting faster and better service than us. We were seated right by the entrance, and it's like our TWO servers forgot about us. I had to ask for my drink I ordered multiple times. I had to remind them of certain things. Frustrating when you are paying for a high end restaurant. Food was overall fine, but nothing spectacular.

Fixed price. Quite pricey. Several choices for each course but we miss the “old Bartolottas” and choices. They change menu often depending on the area of Italy they want to emphasize.
