Spectacular pasta flavors (had the ravioli dish) and variety meat Secondi dish was one of the most savory dining experience I’ve had .
The food was outstanding. We had 7pm reservations but waiting until 745 to be seated. It then took a while for a server to come to our table to greet us. The bartender just said "Well, we have people camping out tonight, that's why your not seated" but didn't offer us a drink or anything. We ended up ordering a drink by happenstance about 3 minutes before being seated while we were being seated we were casually told, your first rounds on us. The food was good —but not like it used to be before it became a Prix Fix menu. My chicken was dry, the duck papperdelle was not as good as it used to be. The budino was very good.
Our favorite date night spot every month for the changing Tour of Italy menus. The food is always fantastic, and the service is amazing.

The dinner focused on Florence cuisine and was fabulous! We had a group and tried several items. The Chicken-ricotta meatballs, Pappardelle Al Ragu, beef shin braised in Sangiovese and the Chilled sea salt caramel pudding are not to be missed! The service was good until the restaurant got more crowded. It was difficult to get the attention of staff to order a bottle of wine and more drinks.
Fabulous food and service. In addition to the wonderful regional dishes, they specialize in fresh truffles in season - truly special.
