Love the regionally-focused rotating menu. With 2 of us ordering, we got to sample two of each course and it was all delicious and different.
In Milwaukee, this is the closest one can come to actually dining in Italy.
I respect how Bartolotta’s creatively worked through the pandemic with their coursed meals. I know the company is dealing with staff shortage as well as the beginning of returning diners but my time in restaurants in this world must be better than what I would make at home. I miss the carpaccio, the duck Ragu and one of the best chicken dishes in the city and I won’t be back until those dishes return to the menu.
This restaurant was absolutely amazing, our waiter was helpful and friendly , the ambience was historic with charm, it felt like a trip back into time in some ways. I love the idea of being taken on a culinary adventure through the various regions of Italy. I thought the menu was very well thought out and the food that accompanied the menu did not disappoint. The food was fresh tasting and the presentation was pleasing. Everything about our experience was perfectly splendid. I can't wait to return to have a taste of Italy.
Great food and excellent service! The staff was very nice and accommodating.
We did the 4 course Sardinian dinner and it was outstanding. Each course was better than the previous one. Our only comment was that each course came out as soon as the previous one was finished. We felt very rushed. But, we will still go back!
Wonderful meal. Everything done to perfection. Excellent staff. We had a table outside in a lovely enclosed area protected from the sun. They have to do something about the sound. Inappropriate music was too loud and detracted from the total dining experience. Still, we plan to return soon . . . And bring some friends.
Absolutely superb dining experience, from the ambiance to the service and, of course, the exquisite cuisine, Bartolotta didn’t miss a beat. Will absolutely be back, cannot recommend this gem enough!
