We were there for the Abruzzo Tasting menu. Every dish was delightful. The service was attentive but not overpowering. Very enjoyable meal.
Love the regional menu-great options and as always all delicious!!
Living on past laurels. Worn our recipes... Nothing distinctive. Few choices. We'll never go back despite having gone there many times during the past twenty years or so
Anniversary
Food, ambiance and service all excellent as usual. Was there with a group of 6 celebrating my husbands birthday and it did not disappoint. I love how they focus on a specific region of Italy for their menu and change that up every 6 or 8 weeks.
This was a fabulous pre-fixed menu with many options to choose from. We were taken through the flavors of Abruzzo region of Italy. The food was excellent! The best we've eaten in many years. Service was impeccable! Thank you for a wonderful and unexpected experience Ristorante Bartollotta dal 1993!

What a great surprise! Out from San Diego to visit our kid in college. What a gem of a place with great staff (Michelle) and awesome food. We will be back for another visit next trip.
