Just got carpet installed for my mother. As usual, I went through Jim B**** at RiteRug (* ******** ** ). I have personally worked with Jim for carpet, tile, and laminate work for all three houses I have owned. Again and again the service was excellent. Jim is definitely the go to guy for my flooring needs.

I worked with Kevin W*****, In Home Shopping Division Manager, for carpeting on our 2nd floor which included 4 bedrooms/closets, the hallway and stairs. He was very prompt and responsive during the entire process and worked with me to find the ***** products that would fit our budget and needs. The installers came on the scheduled day and worked tirelessly to get the entire job done in 1 day. The carpet looks great- seams are nearly undetectable! I recently had floors installed and there were a few issues that needed to be addressed. I worked with Shannon O***** in customer service to schedule a representative to come out and address the challenges. Ron Dawson was sent and not only did he address all of the issues satisfactorily, he was kind and willing to listen to all of my concerns and questions.
