I recently had floors installed and there were a few issues that needed to be addressed. I worked with Shannon O***** in customer service to schedule a representative to come out and address the challenges. Ron Dawson was sent and not only did he address all of the issues satisfactorily, he was kind and willing to listen to all of my concerns and questions.
Gayle at Rite Rug did a great job helping my daughter select a floor for her Condo as well as working with me on scheduling. The team also did a great job laying and leveling my floor.

I experienced issues/problems with the installation of my new flooring and Tiera was extremely helpful and resolved all of my issues/problems and made everything right. She was a pleasure to work with as was the Sales people at Rite Rug ****** (Travis and Rick). Their Installation sub-contractors need improvement.
