The installers were fantastic. No complaints at all about them. But the salesperson, Nancy, was disorganized and due to lack of communication and/or just plain inattention to detail, there were a few issues after the initial meeting AFTER the contract was signed and it was too late to change contractors. She sent the wrong trim for half of the rooms, so we need to have that redone or painted. And one room was incorrectly measured or the order was incorrectly submitted because the vinyl ordered was insufficient to finish ... read more
