The installers were fantastic. No complaints at all about them. But the salesperson, Nancy, was disorganized and due to lack of communication and/or just plain inattention to detail, there were a few issues after the initial meeting AFTER the contract was signed and it was too late to change contractors. She sent the wrong trim for half of the rooms, so we need to have that redone or painted. Nancy was quick to come visit, measure, and quote the project. She assured us of all our concerns and we placed the order. They were here quick to install. We had LVP in most of our house, and wanted it to flow into our master bedroom like it was there all along. They were able to get the same material and installed it. What a beautiful, well done job! Right down to the cleaning up after they were done. The install guys were top notch too! Highly recommend RiteRug!

Our sales rep was great. Always quick to reply with our questions. Pricing was fair and no “up-selling”. Gave us the facts and his opinion and let us pick the carpet and pad that was right for our needs. We have three rental properties. Will use them again.

The floor looks great. The two installers finished much sooner than expected. Furniture was moved and put back in place, no problem. Very professional. Very impressed.
