Nancy was quick to come visit, measure, and quote the project. She assured us of all our concerns and we placed the order. They were here quick to install. We had LVP in most of our house, and wanted it to flow into our master bedroom like it was there all along. They were able to get the same material and installed it. What a beautiful, well done job! Right down to the cleaning up after they were done. The install guys were top notch too! Highly recommend RiteRug!

Our sales rep was great. Always quick to reply with our questions. Pricing was fair and no “up-selling”. Gave us the facts and his opinion and let us pick the carpet and pad that was right for our needs. We have three rental properties. Will use them again.

The floor looks great. The two installers finished much sooner than expected. Furniture was moved and put back in place, no problem. Very professional. Very impressed.

Careless installation. Didn’t install appliances back correctly. Also took one of our personal tools and have yet to bring it back once we had to reach out to ask if they took it. Also the materials used were not as durable as I was told. Already have scratches. When I asked the representative how to prepare for our flooring installation I was told to use common sense.
I don’t think I would recommend Rite Rug to friends and family. For a simple project of replacing carpeted stairs and a hallway with LDP and a carpet runner, it took exceptionally long and took three different times to finish the project because of miss measurements and miscommunications.
The owner suggested for me to email to customer service and I did and now 2 weeks later and still no response. Almost 8 months and my floor is still uncompleted.
