I've worked with Dee Bayro from RiteRug on several projects over the past year. She's a fantastic partner on projects that require new flooring. Responsive, professional, respectful... all of the traits that I would expect from someone meeting with my customers. And she always provides a fair and competitive price as well. If you are considering using Rite Rug, I would highly recommend asking for Matt! From start to finish, he provided excellent customer service. He was very professional, was able to answer all my questions and was very knowledgeable when explaining the whole process. After the product came in, he was able to schedule the installation within just a couple of days. Matt went above and beyond to make sure I was completely happy with the finished product!
Dee was my sales person and did an AMAZING job. As a new homeowner with little knowledge, she gave me sound advice and was able to direct me the right way to make my vision come to life!
We had a bit of a rough start with Rite Rug but manager Mike went way above and beyond to make things right. He met with us personally for our estimate and got the job started in under a week! And we could not be happier! The tile job they did in our basement is beautiful and professional AND completely affordable. Great job! I was referred to Jim Vonch from our realtor. We needed new carpeting throughout a house we need to sell. Jim came out to our house, was very helpful picking out the carpeting. From there, he followed up with a quote, which was fair. The work was done quickly, professionally. The installers were professional, clean. We are very happy with the prompt and courteous sales service provided by John Chisari and Rite Rug team. We got very good quality carpeting and floors at affordable prices, but more importantly the team was able to work with our time constraints and navigate the schedule of other contractors working at home in an efficient manner, resulting in great improvements in basement and the rest of the house.
After reading reviews I'm so glad I did not go with this company. I was referred to them and I gave them a chance to give us an estimate for basement carpet. After the riterug rep showed up to measure our basement which took him 3min, I asked to see carpet samples so we could make a choice. The response I got was I don't have any samples. I said ok can you come back with some? The rep said sure and left. Terrible craftsmanship and unwilling to fix our floor to make it "rite". They've already pulled out 2 flooring installs at our home. And the third needs to be removed too. Just pathetic.
