Our sales men, Dave Belanger was an awful communicated thru out the entire process. I had to reach out to him asking for updates on a regular basis then when the installer cut my door off to short leaving us to fix it, his response was sorry too bad. I had 6 tiles cracked in my shower, running horizontally (after only 3 years). Called them on December 4, 2019 to inform them of this issue. They sent an inspector out to my house on December 20, 2019 and then I didn't hear back from them. I called, emailed and left messages with no answer from anyone. If I ever did get an answer it was to tell me that they had to talk to the manager and would get back to me. Again, I didn't hear from anyone. The Rite Rug team and the Rite Rug installers are terrible, terrible people. Dirty disgusting work. It was exactly four years ago when the filthy, slimy Rite Rug installers installed my floor. How am I ever going to get this fixed? The Rite Rug salesperson should have offered another option at least. They just parrot everything right back to you. Quick update I had two more estimates and the square footage they came up with is almost 300 sf less than Rite Rug. So buyer beware if you do business with them double check the measurements as the will over measure to charge you more money

8/19/17 update: Mike, the marketing manager, played phone tag with me a couple of times then completely abandoned the issue. In his last message at least two months ago he stated, "I will call you Monday." He never did. I left a message for him this morning. I will update my review again accordingly if I hear back from him.

Update to my July 2015 post: Well, it's been over a year since my flooring installation (April 2015) and Rite Rug still hasn't fixed my flooring! I have made numerous attempts to contact them and they keep blowing me off. Avoid this company at all costs unless you want deficient flooring installation and lousy customer service.
