We absolutely love our carpet! Our sales man Matt went above and beyond to make sure we had a nice transition and to accommodate our carpet needs and the installation..Matt is all into satisfying the customer! Larry was very helpful with getting a good price, ordering materials and very responsive when we had questions. Our contractor works seamlessly with him. I will have this Rite Rug do my carpet update next.
Like everyone else we had a great experience with sales but installation has been difficult to say the least. Our floors were mostly installed on March 25 but the wrong transition piece was ordered but we were assured it would be ordered and installed as quickly as possible. We are now two months after the original installation and our calls are no longer being returned. Based on what I’ve experienced I would not recommend this company.
DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! The sales department was very helpful and came out quickly to get measurements. The installers on the other hand….two Hispanic men showed up 2 hours late. I came back part way through the job to inspect the floors and noticed one area of concern but I let them continue. I came back around the time they estimated they would be done and they were packing up to leave. Mind you, the contract I SIGNED, stated that a walk through was required before the installers left. Matt was a super salesman. He came right out to measure for our flooring and set up an install date at point of sale. Flooring was completed today. They did a fantastic job, cleaned up their mess, and were very polite and professional. This is fifth or sixth time we have used Centerville Rite Rug and have always been very pleased.
