Had to have carpet reinstalled 3 different times installers could not understand english, seamed carpet in entryway seam came apart in 2 days. Sent mgr from columbus oh to take pics, they sent installers a few days later , this time they didn't have enough carpet.call columbus oh mgr.a week later came installed half way right comming apart again. Sales guy name ventiable very lazy and non responsive never again to wrong rug.
These folks gave me two very different prices for the same product during two closely spaced visits. When I chose the product I wanted they let me know just before installation that it was discontinued. When I chose another product, they found out that was discontinued too. Who's running this operation anyway? BEWARE.
