Amy was great. Order took a little longer than I anticipated. Flooring was very nice. Had difficulty communicating with installers due to language barrier but they did a wonderful job. Overall satisfied with the experience.

We recently purchased 1740 square feet of 50oz. Cenci RiteRug carpet and Major2 padding. Our sales representative Amy, at Lancaster Ohio location was very knowledgeable, great to work with and very easy to communicate with when needed. Scheduling and installation was prompt and great. Our 3 man installation crew were very respectful, hard working and did a fantastic job.
