Lauren was excellent. She explained the process, walked thru the house to let me know if I needed to move anything else. She brought samples and helped me choose the best match since I needed to match existing carpet. On carpet day the manager sent a text to let me know when to expect the crew. The crew was on time, respectful and cleaned up after themselves, carried the carpet remnant to basement for me, moved furniture back where it was. The installation went flawlessly. The crews were kind and worked hard so that the whole house was done in a day.. They cleaned up afterwards and everything looked great. The price charged was reasonable and Rachel gave great advice with picking out the carpet.
