From start to finish, Rachel was SO helpful and professional. She was clear about the process and helped us make the best selection for our home to best suit our family's needs. My only complaint would be that the didn’t lock my house. Job is not complete. Waiting on stained quarter round.

EXCEPTIONALLY unprofessional company. salesperson "Rachel Campbell is terrible" First we had a bait and switch. after they ripped up all the flooring on the first floor & were "surprised" to find leveling issues at threshholds. we had no option but to pay (as the house was supposed to be listed the next day)!!!! we chose the option of an additional 40%!!!!!! to level the threshholds (our other option was a $500 bandaid with transition strips in every doorway). so this 1 day job is now on day 4 & guess what?
