Andrea was excellent as a service representative. Everything was explained clearly regarding the expected service, she promptly forwarded the technician's report and recommendations, and efficiently processed my UBER rides from and to the dealership. There were no unexpected charges and the vehicle was ready before the Service Unit closed.
