Our Santa Fe engine blew up on a trip to Edmonton. It was towed to River City Hyundai, where we were informed that we would qualify for a new engine under warranty. Our Service Representative Ashley did a good job in taking care of us. Within a month everything was completed. We live in British Columbia, but if we lived in the Edmonton area we would gladly go to River City Hyundai. This is our 4th Hyundai vehicle, and we are pleased that Hyundai stands by there warranty.

My routine car maintenance with them always a lot of time but they always offer me a ride home and pick up when the service is done, which I appreciate because I can do more of time while having my car service. Andrea was excellent as a service representative. Everything was explained clearly regarding the expected service, she promptly forwarded the technician's report and recommendations, and efficiently processed my UBER rides from and to the dealership. There were no unexpected charges and the vehicle was ready before the Service Unit closed.
