When I first arrived I got VIP parking in the front for "new patients". I walked in the door and someone helped me immediately she knew exactly who I was and when my appointment was and even checked myself in for the first time and explained what to do next time I come in. I didn't wait but 15 minutes. Then I had a tour (beautiful!!), got my x-rays done, pictures taken, and then went to a room to start the exam of my mouth.
