Very nice! Stayed overnight last minute. The setup was very impressive. Will definitely consider coming back here next time.
Arrived a little early to check in and the lady said check in wasn't until 3, which was fine most places are. Well we leave and come back at 3:45 and the room still wasn't ready. We left again and came back at 4:50 and guess what it still wasn't clean. When I began to complain they act as if it were our fault. When we did finally get the room the bed was broken. I don't think I'll ever come back because of the customer service.

Thumbs up! We stayed at The Fairways at River Oaks. We had a three bedroom villa which was very outdated in some areas. We requested for a king size bed, and we got two twins pushed together! The cleanliness of the villa was not up to par, hair was in the tub and dirt was on the floors and dust was really bad! So we did a cleaning session and overall we enjoyed our stay! Plus it was literally 15 minutes or less from everything we wanted to do or went. So thumbs up!
cleanliness This was my second time staying at the River Oaks Resort. Overall, the location and the living quarters were okay. However, the cleanliness of the living quarters' floors, bathrooms and entry way into the apartment needed attention. I had to clear away spider webs, that looked like they had been there for weeks, from the entry door so my family could enter the apartment. very nice! ! We really enjoyed our stay. The pool was great trip to the beach was only 10 mins. Only thing i didn't like was that i had to put an additional $100 deposit when we checked in. And even though we cleaned the house spotless we have yet to see it returned to my account. But i would stay there again.
Okay hotel, close to all the sites and attractions Villas were clean, however dishes were not, glasses were spotty as if housekeeping did not run them through the dishwasher. Amanda from the front desk could use customer service training as well as phone etiquette! My stay was pleasant minus the couple of dislikes
Two's a charm The first condo I was assigned to was aweful. There was a horrible smell from the carpet to the sofa. I requested a change and the second condo was a gated property; same property but different area. 100 times better. Really enjoyed the nice cleanliness of this condo! Very nice staff!
