very nice place to stay I liked my stay and would recommend it to others
Watch out for the split king beds and a wait for check-in Upon arrival, at 3pm, I was told that the unit was not yet available and that they would call to let me know when it would be available. The check in time is from 3 to 5 and I took that to mean that the units would be available to check into during that time, not that they may or may not be ready until the 5pm deadline. Great place to stay We were in Myrtle beach taking our daughter to college. This condo was convenient to the beach, shopping, and the college. It was clean and comfortable and everyone including the security were very friendly and helpful.
Great room for a larger family Because the room at River Oaks was so affordable and spacious, I was able to take my mother, daughter and son-in-law, as well as my family. If you have family sleeping on the pull-out sofa, make sure you bring extra bedding. But we can't wait to go again.
Great place for a larger family Room had 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. We have 4 kids and invited a friend so we needed the extra space! Room was great, the only complaint was that is was not ready until almost 5 pm. We got there at 3pm and had to kill 2 hours until room was prepared. Staff was very nice.

Great Place Got a two bedroom and all the comforts of home. Loved it and will stay there again. only 10 mins from the beach
Great place/location/price The villa was awesome. The children enjoyed the stay and I enjoyed the location. This place felt like home, not a hotel room. Only minutes from the beach and entertainment, I could not have asked for better.
Beds not as advertised We reserved a King Bed, a room with 2 double beds, and a room with 4 twins. Reservation confirms sleeps 8. However, the master bed was not a King, it was 2 twins pushed together and there were only 4 twin beds, no doubles.
