Dr. Fahs treats clients like people. Hes on time and helpful. He never forgets an appointment and offers relatable suggestions. He took his time to educate me on different medications and helped me get through one of the most horrible detox episodes.
Nurse Chantell is always on top of everything and open to talk. She keeps a good attitude and knows how to do med pass quickly. She remembers everyones name and is just a very caring person and professional. River Oaks has a great medical team.
Rosa in house keeping treats us like family. She is always friendly and polite. I have seen her comfort people when they were physically ill as she is cleaning rooms. She seriously needs to be promoted!!
Dr. Fahs is an absolute hero. He saved someones life single handedly and goes above and beyond in all he does. Even if you are not technically his client. He stays professional even with clients he bumps heads with or may not agree with. We love him!
Chantelle is always available and remembers everyone's name. She jumps up to help and doesnt make you wait. She is caring and attentive in holw she serves clients. She even helped me when I was crying in the hall which meant so much to me. Thank you.
Karah the therapist is real and raw in difficult situations. She listens to my story and gives the feedback and advice that I need. Not only that, she is funny and has a great personality. She is a very effective therapist, the best I ever had.
Bethany my counselor is hilarious. She is so good at engaging every one in group and she offers great feedback to help me change my perspective when Im struggling. She is super down to earth and very smart and professional at her job.
