RecommendedLived here for about 2 1/2 years now. The pool is clean, the spa is hot, and the facility is cleaned regularly of trash. Great place to live and great staff!

So much we liked about living there! We lived there 2 years & would highly recommend it for a number of reasons. Their professional attitude when it comes to getting things done and making sure the outside is well maintained, including all outside lights working. Plus they plan fun raffles & socials for the community to participate in, that often includes discounts of $100 or more off your rent! Great location, layouts, amenities, neighbors, we moved in summer of ‘19 and plan on staying for a few more years, this place is the best apartment we’ve had! The staff is super friendly and the maintenance team is great.

I’ve lived here since October and I have to say my experience has been nothing short of amazing! They were extremely polite and attentive when I came in inquiring about availability and pricing. I was able to move in extremely quick, the apartments are adorable, the community is clean and super cute! I also love all the holiday activities they do. We moved in about 5 months ago and it has been a great experience. The apartments are wonderful and the office staff are very nice. I would definitely recommend this apartment complex.

I have been living here since the beginning, and i absolutely love it here. The management is fantastic, they are always friendly and helpful. Godfrey is the greatest. My only complaint is maintenance, I have also tried to contact them after hours on the emergency number and got the V.M. I instead waited until the office opened. There are a few more instances of terrible work, and utter disrespect from the one maintenance person, but I don't feel this is the best forum for such grievances.
