Loud neighbors and the internet provider, vicidiem, here is horrible. Can’t stream anything with out it buffering every 5 minutes. I’m constantly dropping my zoom calls and having to reconnect. I work from home so this makes it hard to get anything done. I’ve read reviews that go back 2 years of this very same issue! It’s never been fixed. If we can only use the company the apartment complex provides for internet then it should work at all times. I paid less for internet with xfinity and NEVER had these issues

The complex has gone downhill since moving in. I have been here for a year now, and when we first moved in, the complex was stellar. We are forced to pay over $100 for a “media package” that rarely works. The office hides behind blaming Vicidiem (the provider), and Vicidiem hides behind blaming the front office’s hardware (that is if you can get them on the phone). Do not live here if you want to be able to connect to the internet or have decent cable. They use a company called Vicidiem and it is absolute garbage. You have to pay $100 a month for the media package, yet you can’t ever use the WiFi. Today on Super Bowl Sunday the internet has been out ALL day. Called Vicidiem and they said they can’t do anything until they get in touch with maintenance because the main router is in the clubhouse. Our maintenance team does live on-site did try to do their best with the information given by Vicidiem to see what the issue could be, but they are not equipped to handle this type of issue. Normally wouldn't give a bad review and besides what I have to say below, they are amazing apartments and I highly recommend them! The upstairs apartment is vacant but their shed door on their balcony is open and swinging in the wind and hitting the actual balcony shaking our apartment and making tons of noise and has been all evening. 12am I call the Emergency Maintenance number and get a voicemail, leave a message. 1am and the wind is still blowing, I call again and leave another voicemail.
