RecommendedI mean, I’d say it’s not the worst place to live. Obviously. I’ve had no issues with bugs or roaches of any kind, it’s affordable, my view of the river is gorgeous, and up until about six or eight months ago the staff was very attentive and helpful. This place is full of bugs. Lots and lots of cockroaches. The apartment was clearly not cleaned after the previous tenants moved out. People smoke inside the building all the time. The hallways always smell like cigarettes and weed and god knows what other drugs people are smoking. From what I have read the pool has not been open sense 2012 so they should stop advertising it with old ass pictures on the website. Terrible place. Maintenance Man Gabe and his Wife Have 2 Big dogs that are aggressive and are never on leashes. They bark all day and night. There is poop all over the place because of their dogs. Do not move here.
I live there for about three years, while I was moving out, my apartment was broken into this guy destroyed everything cut holes in the carpet broke the sliding glass door put holes in the windows, tore up everything and stole all of our electronics in our clothes and some of our furniture, what what does Riverwoood do? They charge $9000 for damages, even after I file the police report . Do not rent here unless you want an apartment $9000 when you move out it’s not even talk about the cockroaches and bedbugs
